This fresh brew coffee for coffee lover. As for me , I am not quite one and just drinking for sober up myself.I never got a black coffee taste or any bitter things touch my tongue before and thought that a good coffee must come from Espresso or Americano and both came with a bitter taste.
‘Good coffee is not bitter’ said Gong ,the owner of Gong coffee shop.’ Good coffee would melt in your mouth and left out the sour on the tips of your tongue’. He told me a coffee story while brewing a cup of coffee with the little red stove in his hands.
Another ironic story from Gong is ‘The coffee farmers here never know a taste of their own coffee beans because they were drinking a cheap coffee can from a convenient store’. He would like to build a coffee community here for the local people and made them know about the taste of their coffee beans better.
